Certain things are beneficial. This app clarifies which foods are to be enjoyed and which are to be avoided to help you maintain health and alkalinity.
Easily browse items from a list of categories. When you open a category you are presented with a list of those items, from the list you have the ability to mark items as favorites by simply swiping to the right. A swiping in the opposite direction removes the item from favorites. If you have a 6s or 6sPlus you also have the ability to use 3D Touch on the items. A simple hard press will give you a peek at the item.
With just a few taps you can adjust the look of the items by adjusting the font size, changing the orientation, or even translating to a new language using the built in Bing Translate. Once it is to your liking you can share this via message, email, or many other options.
